As i see the main style css file is not loaded !, so is design and style not appearing well & you just seeing content with minimal style and other problems. This may have happened because of wrong installation over free version. So deactivate plugin and delete files completely (wordpress has link buttons to do all that) and then re-install pro version. It should fix the problem.
