look like there are some issues and my demo feed also not loading suddenly, so can be a facebook bug. I am looking through the problem

Most probably it was facebook temporary bug as it's loading now. As i debugged your site module's js code from browser, i found out another problem is happening because of "Show number of posts" value, now FB don't allow more than 100 posts, so enter value less than 100( like try with 50,80..). You entered 100 right but there is another call which making 100 as 115. From next version i will update module codes to allow all FB changes very soon.

In the past we have had to renew our application ID, secret key, etc every 90 days or so. Do you know a workaround for that or can you point me to any resources that might help?

Currently u have a user access token right ? you have to renew it after 60 days. But you can have a app token which never expires, but for this you have to use another version of the module else your app token is open for hackers who can harm your FB profile/page/group by that token.
