My client has a FB Page, but it is not a FB App. Can I use this module extension to display the Wall Feed?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

can you please post your page url or via email, as you have to have a valid FB page. If you have a valid page, you can display page wall feed in your websites efficiently. But to run it you have to create a FB access token for which you have to create FB app, it's easy to do if you read the documentation.
