You should carefully read these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our joomla & wordpress products(extensions) implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.Our website grants you license to use the products sold through our web site by http://extensions.techhelpsource.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ("license") issued by Mitsol

Purchasing an extension

Purchasing an extension/plugin will buy you full access to the extension/plugin's latest version and updates. By purchasing an extension/plugin, you agree that: 

  • All GPL extensions by mitsol are released as Open Source GNU GPL v2.0 license releases and as such there are no other limitations or in other ways conditions beyond those stated as per the GNU GPL v2.0 license.
  • You are allowed to use the extension/plugin on more than one domain, however we provide support only
    for one domain for the length of 8/16/24 months from the date of purchase, also after 8/16/24 months membership, you will not be able to download and get updates, but you may continue to use the products, so our products are not time-limited.
    You are allowed to make any changes to the code, however modified code will not be supported by us.
  • mitsol reserves the right to offer discounts or permanent price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

Although the number of downloads are not limited, an extension/plugin purchase eg. the account that purchased the extension/plugin, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads (and thereby affect the performance of this web site) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of the support and updates that came with your purchase.

Payments

Payments can be completed through the Credit & debit cards or PayPal payment system. 

Refund policy

You are buying tested and working extensions/plugins, described as best as possible. All our products were built using clean code, tested on the latest Joomla/wordpress version installed on various web servers (Apache/IIS). Under no circumstances mitsol will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation, product description pages, and/or asked any pre-sales questions. Since we are offering non-tangible goods, all sales are irrevocable and as such we do not issue refunds after the product  have been downloaded or installed by the customer. You are responsible for understanding the above information upon purchasing.

Warranty

You accept the software as is, in its current state, without any implied warranty or features. We take no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise from the installation and/or use of this product on your server.

Termination

We have right to terminate your access to any or all of our products and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the products, website or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the products, website or services.

Copyright and ownership

customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any mitsol products. All products are and remain the property of mitsol except where the ownership clearly lies with other parties (such as for third-party libraries). mitsol respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us about the matter.

mitsol extensions are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.0 (read the full details here http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html). You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the products to fit your purposes. Redistribution of the original or any modified version must always be done in accordance with the GNU GPL license. In this case, you must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file or the php file. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
